1. The Guarantee

The Meat Smooker offers a satisfaction guarantee on food quality. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a food item, you may request a refund subject to the conditions below.

2. Maximum Refund Limit

The total refund amount is capped at a maximum of 100 AED per claim. Any amount exceeding this limit remains non-refundable.

3. Frequency & Eligibility

This offer is limited to one (1) refund per customer per calendar month. Eligibility is determined by the mobile number, email address, or delivery address associated with the order.

4. Timeframe for Claims

To be eligible, the refund request must be submitted via our official [Refund Form/Link] within two (2) hours of the order placement time as recorded on the receipt. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.

5. Scope of Refund (Exclusions)

  • Food Only: The guarantee applies strictly to food items.

  • Excluded Items: All beverages (soft drinks, juices, water, etc.) are excluded.

  • Third-Party Fees: Aggregator fees, delivery charges, service fees, and any applicable tips are non-refundable as these are paid to third-party providers.

6. Substantiation of Claim

The customer must identify the specific item they were unsatisfied with and provide a brief reason for the dissatisfaction. The Restaurant reserves the right to request a photo of the item or the return of the item to the delivery driver to verify the claim.

7. Payment Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via [Store Credit/Bank Transfer] within [7-14] business days, depending on the bank's processing time.

8. Right to Refuse

The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of the promotion, or if the claim does not meet the criteria set herein.
